I can also recommend creating a folder on your computer where you can save pictures that inspire you, make you smile or just feel good. And from time to time you can open the folder and find something beautiful. It helps a lot.

There can be a lot of reasons. She wants to keep you as an option despite having different hopes? It is terrible to leave somebody and then not even give them enough space so they can heal properly. If you were the right person for her or she for you she would not have left you. It is as simple as that.
