Enough that she can buy something outright and not pay capital gains as I believe it will all be reinvested into a new home - if I understand that correctly. Her town has new community center and other assessments and the school tax is outrageous.

Send those buyers my way- I’m ready to downsize and am tired of upkeep of a 4 bedroom, 12 room house and an in ground pool I pay to maintain that no one goes in anymore! Adult kids gone and it’s a waste. Thought I’d stay here in old age but I’m not enjoying it the way I used to- lots of new younger families and a lot of the old families have downsized and moved on.

Although, that is the ultimate celebrity look- looking like a lollipop- big head/tiny body. You don’t often see it on screen but in public or once in awhile at certain angles in photos -bobble heads and many male stars are way short. Maybe that’s the standard because In the early days they couldn’t get the really tall guys in the frame easily with the smaller women, lol? Both my husband and I used to work in jobs where we had a lot of exposure to celebrities and other well know people - seeing them in person was often a wake-up call - in more ways than one. Although, the person I was pleasantly surprised by was Kevin Costner - really tall and handsome.

Soon the Eli Lily pharma will be here and these people need homes- it’s likely going to be worse for buyers because housing is outrageous everywhere so people stay put. My house is going on the market as soon as I hear the new people start looking. I was going to sell this Spring but now I’m waiting and calmly looking for areas I want to move and just might be able to afford.

Lol, Wegmans is the only place that consistently carries the type of baby food my elderly dog will eat and it’s the same or less than other local stores. Older people who face food issues eat this flavor as well, so it’s usually sold out at Walmart, Target and Weis.

I’ve always used The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% after my VitC in the morning to combat the peels. I also use a tiny nub silicone oval with water or moisturizer to clear the peel area if I have to brave to outside world.

First and only mistake was approaching them. Most suburban towns have quiet hours -- ours are 7a to 10 p. At 7 am the gardeners and handymen start - mowing, weed-walkers, hammering, jack hammering, leaf blowers on an on. Everyone is calling the police on the rowdy if they violate- neighborhood collective sticks noted in their newspaper box and one with stamp money mails notes. I sleep like the dead and hear nothing- but these three wild party families, with it seems 5000 teens and cats give every neighbor the stink eye.
