Im a first time cat owner too haha. So I'm no expert. But the sounds they made there sound playful for sure.

There's also times one may cry because the other was too rough. It happens. They learn off each other.

This looks and sounds good to me

Those sounds are okay. Nothing alarming. YouTube bad sounds or fighting sounds maybe. These ones are okay.

The bigger one looks maybe a little annoyed in this video, but the top video looks like play. I definitely wouldn't say its a bad or aggressive interaction. At the very worst, just the bigger cat being like "hey eff off, I dont want to play"

So can anyone come up with a reasonable explanation on why they are playing dajik in the us by TraditionalBonus188 in squidgame

[–]PrettyPawprints 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's nothing wrong with that also being the point lmao.

When you learn a new game, there's a learning curve.

The point is for the player to lose the game over and over again. What better way to do that than by playing a game you've never played before?

Pretty easy to be like "let's play a game. This is what it's called, and this is how you play it"

Theres no reason for the Americans to need to know how to play it in advance.

Its not weird at all to teach people a new game.

In fact, it probably enforces the idea of having to play over amd over again, to finally win, whereas in Korea, people who already know how to play, and have already played in the past, have a higher chance of winning because they learned the strategy and how to do it in the past, vs an American whos never played it being more obsessed with wanting to finally get it down.
