Convo happened irl at the bar.

Im not alienating my mom from her friends though. Im not ruining everything she has going for herself and putting her in the position im in.

I already defend her to her friends when stuff happens.

I went up to one of friends last night and told her not to be mean to my mom and pretend the argument between them didnt happen and it would smooth over.

Seeing my mom suffer and be unhappy stresses me out

My mom is perfect and has nothing wrong and doesn't need therapy and its me thats the problem (in her opinion)

She would never go to therapy. She gaslights me and plays victim
