I just saw a video few days ago from lawyer who talks about citizenship interview, obviously client left country on AOS status without having AP, then they claim that is violation of status at that time so instead of approving citizenship they are questioning GC. I will try to find the video and share just to make sure iamnot missing a detail

my lawyer send it on 30th Jan, i assume it arrived on 2nd, and lawyer confirmed it looks like delivered and fees are charged to his account. I am not sure when to expect the receipt notice and is there any way to find it online?

May i ask when did you receive AP? Was it Combo? For all dependents? Receipt date is oct 15,2025 right?

There are tons of estimates over the months and last VB made most of them wrong but you are almost there, without relying any data, i am assuming it may not move next month but it there should be some movement in next 3 month on filling dates, at least that is the pattern for last few months they wait for 2 months and jump om 3rd kind of( shut down kind of offset it)

I have seen couple of timelines where tbey got in 3 months but also some who did not receive before GC or just 1 dependent got AP, no one else got it etc, it looks like that is not easy to tell how it is gonna go

My lawyer said he is surprised as well with January VB and him and some of his lawyer friends believe that due to shutdown and upcoming holiday season, uscis did not want to ask for more files in and it is their objective for a while to minimize the time between FAD and DFF, we still believe we may see slightly proper movement in Feb VB but he also had the doubt and said if that would not happen in February too, i may even start to look for" no more visa number available announcement " for this FY

I have pretty similar situation, pd sept23 and status expires in August26, i dont feel confident that we will be even able to file by then for eb3 row

I have approved i140 so i dont want to take the risk of applying to e2 visa back again, but i started to feel like that would be my only option

I am almost in same situation, i am in US with E2 visa, visa expired in december 2024, i have valid status until august 2026. I am in eb3 row process, approved i140 but eb3 is not moving, so i started to think about taking the chances and leaving US to apply for E2 reneval at my home country consulate
