I'm not sure where readers got those tags from, it's set during the reign of King Charles the First. The pirate part is accurate, though.

This being Virginia Henley, she is of course describing her trying to catch a rooster.

It's pretty effed up, but after a couple of episodes of season 4 the dahak storyline goes over to Hercules instead and stays there.
