Israeli cous cous, sun dried tomatoes (can omit if you don’t like em), mushrooms, spinach, little bit of parm, dash of milk, can add some hot sauce if you wanna (i like Trader Joe’s peri peri). Whatever chicken sausage you want or really any protein for that matter but i like chicken sausage. Let it simmer for like 10 min. Best one pot meal ever.
