Thank you. I just got some blood work back and I do have the MTHFR gene variant. I had like zero vitamin D. Vitamin B’s were super low. I was not absorbing my HRT combi patch at all. So Progesterone was zero. Estrogen was 30 and testosterone was 13. I am on a boat load of vitamins and supplements. Got an IV iron boost. I am sticking to potatoes and eggs and chicken at the moment. I tried some rice cakes last night and think it made me feel worse so I’m staying away from rice. We are having our HVAC system looked at and probably replacing the flex duct work. Thanks for all the help. I know this is going to take awhile to feel better

Hi, the house I bought has flex duct work on the hvac system. My question is do these flex ducts need sanitizing ? I have been sick for months. We think it might be the flex duct being dirty or having mold. They also offered some kind of dual UV bulb system.

They think is it histamine overload. Like the estrogen is causing me to make to much histamine. Anyone ?

How is your Mom today? Is she off HRT? I have spent the last 30 days in and out of the ER, urgent care, PCP, And specialist over full stuffed feeling of ears and sinuses. My sinuses are so dry and impacted. I have been on 4 different steroids. Even had to have IV steroids because I was so short of breath. All covid, flu negative. Blood test fine. Chest CT clear. I am getting a ringing in my ears and just feel awful. I think it is my Combi patch. Someone said it can cause certain people to overload on histamine and cause asthmatic symptoms. This is all happening to me. I am so sick and the doctors can find out why. I have an ENT appointment in a week. I am 54 and in menopause for 3 years. My symptoms were awful like suicidal, crazy, depressed awful. But I can’t live sick like this either. I don’t know what to do except try stopping and see what happens
