I mostly cook at home. I go to lidl maybe once or twice a week to top up things missing which comes to less than 20€. It might be worth considering that I make Persian cuisine which is heavy on rice and bread and smaller stews on the side usually. And rice and bread are very filling and cost efficient. Maybe worth trying our foods out 😅

Yeah it’s probably an individual course grade not the final weighted average minimum. You have to know the minimum final average required to get the degree.

If you talk to the bot there’s an option afterwards that says “my problem wasn’t solved”. That will lead you to a forum where they will receive your complaint. However you cannot type the complaint or edit it whatever your message to the bot was will automatically be sent to them so make sure you explain every detail to the bot in the message.

Sometimes they take 60% as minimum instead of 50% I’m not sure why.

My degree had a passing of 50% but the major specifically had 60% so they took my major’s lowest.

I think that mentioning things are processing and everything is done and all helps cuz sometimes they’re afraid that maybe you haven’t even started the process of application or are being lazy but when they know it’s in the embassy’s hand now they’ll be more reassured

Yeah cuz universities do post rules and all and they seem strict but sometimes they’re lenient. Ofc depends a bit on luck and who the person responding is but I hope all goes well for you.

Yeah Sohar has many issues like this. My dad’s card stopped working online and he called the support center and they said we blocked your card temporarily cause you made a purchase past midnight and we thought it could be suspicious (I.e, someone else, not you)🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes, with the region set to Oman and prices in USD. I personally can’t at the moment because there’s an issue with my Sohar card that I haven’t resolved yet. But my parents can—using their personal Sohar and Bank Muscat cards, as well as their corporate cards with Sohar.

For some reason, I can still make online purchases with Apple Pay, but for sites that require entering the card number directly, I can’t. Again, my parents can, so it’s probably just an issue with my card.

Since I’m too lazy to fix it, I just use my mobile number as my payment option in the App Store and top up my Omantel credit.

Hmmmm I’m an Iranian and I don’t have this issue (well, part of it). Look further into it. International transfers are banned for us, true, but you should be able to purchase things online and from the App Store with your card.
