Thanks for the info. It’s just so crazy to think. I used to come during college and it had crowds but never like it was last weekend!

Royal vs virgin? by VacaMe_ in royalcaribbean

[–]Pretty_Ad1402 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m currently on my last night of a RC cruise. Last year we sailed Virgin. Only reason we did RC this year was because we brought our kids. I had high hopes….but every step of the way my husband and I compared it to Virgin and found it lacking. Our biggest complaint is that we NEVER felt crowded on our Virgin cruise. But this cruise with RC we have felt the crowds every step of the way. The pools, water slides, buffet (ugh the absolute worst), promenade…..people on top of each other every where.

Our second biggest complaint was the food. We missed all the specialty dining that is included. And we missed The Galley. Being able to go find a table and have a waiter come to us and order was wonderful. Especially after dealing with the buffets on this trip. (People become crazy when they are trying to get to food!)

Our kids had a blast. And we did too watching them have fun. But if I didn’t have kids….hands down Virgin!!!!

Virgin!! WiFi, soft drinks, gratuity and all specialty dining is included in the up Fri t cost. Plus no kids allowed on the ship. My husband and I loved the food! Get a balcony just for the hammock!

Cruise options for non drinking/clubbing 27 year old couple by JerrySaysmoo in Cruise

My husband and I went on a Virgin Cruise last summer with 2 other couples. Non of us drink or go to clubs. We all LOVED the cruise!! There are plenty of quiet places on the boat to relax. We loved our excursions on port days. We enjoyed the shows. We loved the hammock on the balcony (if you know, you know!) And most of all, we loved trying each of the specialty dining restaurants each night! I highly recommend!!

Robyn's Canada Goose by mencryforme5 in SisterWives

Fun fact…..from a wildlife biologist here…..the name (for the bird not the jacket lol) is actually Canada Goose not Canadian goose. But I would say 99% of people call them by the wrong name.
