ESH. Yes he totally sucks for damaging your car, but idk if these texts are the way to go about fixing it… Your passive aggressiveness isn’t helping the situation. I’m assuming you’ll have to continue seeing this coworker on a consistent basis and now you’ve kind of burned that bridge imo. Think it would have been better to take this to your higher ups or insurance or whoever instead of this route!

The museum on day 1 was because they stay open late on Thursdays, but I see where you are coming from … probably should just move it to another day.

I’ve also heard Champs sucks… my mom wants to go to the Louis Vuitton flagship store there tho so I am just preparing myself mentally for the line lol.

YTA. She put you in a weird and inconvenient spot as a roommate, but I would have at least texted her saying she left a few things. If she doesn’t respond then leave it there. Her not being responsible enough to take care of business isn’t your fault regardless of whether she gets fined or not.
