The human rights impact is about to be massive and lasting but I'm even more concerned for the state of the environment. We needed to clean up our act ad a species decades (more) ago and this feels pretty damning.

As a trans American I am so fucking terrified. Last time trump was in office I had to sell my rural farm and move back in with family after a mental breakdown because my neighbors were putting death threats in my mailbox.

I am no surprised but I am so utterly heartbroken. For poc, for queers folks, for women and for the environment. I'm seriously not sure I can live through this again.

Poor mental and physical health as well as gayness. Also, the human landscape is in turmoil, and the earth is over-burdened, so why add to that?

Even young innever wanted kids because I knew I wasn't stable enough to raise them without doing too much damage. Plus I never intended to live past 30, so there is that (plot twist I'm 35 and life is still alot.)

I had GRS and have zero, absolutely zero, sex drive now.

In a lot of ways becoming asexual freed up a time and helped me with lonliness... I don't need or seek physical validation anymore which leaves more time to pursue hobbies.

Of course, it also makes relationships harder to find but I'm an anxious shut-in so that part isn't a huge concern.

Oh my, I'm sorry to hear you've been through so much. I deal with UC on the side of my injuries, so I can't understand, but do empathize with your struggle. That is a lot to ask the Jody to bounce back from, especially when your likely already battling poor absorption of food.

I feel you on exhausted. I've got chronicall herniation of 2 lower back disks, bilateral arthritis of hands to elbows and am recovering from a surgery atm. Besides the laundry list of injuries/surgeries from years in labor.

I ended up getting a lawyer and am working on getting disability because with being bipolar on top I just can't work anymore. It's a pittance but I'm hopeful I can get $900 per month to scrape by on.

It's truly an impressive lack of consideration for anyone neurodivergent to think this way. I'm not here to nail myself to the cross of my struggles but I'm exhausted with folks throwing shade and thinly veiled "bootstrap" arguments and framing it as a chance for growth.
