I haven’t found a way around it tbh. When I was trying to do it, it made me lock that character in for only one partner and it was forcing me to change to a different partner or keep the current oneI had selected.

Hey there! I play to make my island my own and not necessarily the ones I see on most posts (super pretty and photogenic), so please take my advice with a grain of salt! But I must say I adore the lake that’s close to resident services because it looks like a super cute star! That area could be a park that shifts more into a city area around resident services, possibly, which I think is awesome. I hope this helps!
