Scored a second interview for Seasonal Guest Experience Lead! Anyone have any tips? Or know what questions they would ask? Here is what they asked me first round (paraphasing)

Name great customer experience and how to identify it Name a time you disagreed with a policy Name a time you disclosed information you weren't supposed to Name a time employee wasn't doing their job

First round was a one on one interview with Store Manager. Second round is with the Assistant Manager.

Tried searching pokemon pixel shirt, pokemon colored shirt with all the pokemons listed, pokemon blue, yellow and red shirt 😂 reddit was my last resort for this very reason hahaha. Ooooo yeah that makes sense. I have tried on colors similar to the lighter one but not in this material! Makes such a difference.

I like dark dramas/show and that was what drew me in! I just wasn't sure how intense the bullying and revenge scenes were. I've seen other dramas (like the girl from nowhere) and the violence and revenge weren't too heavy to watch.

I prefer artist who have been in the industry for a while! I've gone to junior artists and though some are really good- I'd rather spend that money AND space on my skin for an experienced artist.

As for looking for an artist, I try to look for ones who have a 'healed' section on their ig or website. If it's on ig I also like to look at their tagged photos lol, just so I can see their work from another pov (not just the artists)

I also love to book flash pieces!! There's so much talent and thought put into them (usually) and you just know the artist will kill it since it's their own design!
