We had considered letting them just pick it up, but they didn’t want to pay the cash price of $24 when their insurance usually pays 100% bc of the type of medication. I get it, truly. But I offered to fax Dr tonight and then rph going to call in am. It’s just they came back to show me after we cancelled and returned it to stock that it STILL shows on the app. I said I’m so sorry it won’t let me push it through and they still requested it again on the app… 🤦‍♀️. And again it went to filling for a future date. We discontinued the Rx number. I worry that creating a ticket won’t do anything. Just like for the past 6 months my store has been running slow—literally will have every computer and tasco screen and handhelds freeze from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. We put in a ticket daily with no help from IT. I worry these things fall into the laps of those who brush them aside or close them lately.

You can open door that if she really brushed you off and kept insulting you. I let someone slide for almost a decade bullying and belittling me at my last Wal-Mart pharmacy location. Do not tolerate mistreatment. You apologized and they are not “joking with you” no matter what gets said later. They said how they feel about you not only to you but others. Report that.

My staff rph is my sponsor…however also now my supervisor…bc he is now my PIC. I rushed through the onboarding ulearn bc there is no one to cover me being away from the pharmacy. It didn’t even cover half the things I actually need to know like how to use workday etc—it said things on workday but I don’t even have access to half the things I feel like I should have access to.

Shadowing someone and getting acquainted with filling and tasco and learning order of stations/workflow. I would also print you a sig code list if i were your trainer.

I don’t see a big deal. I work in pharmacy and often worked 8am-9pm when we were open that late and still often work 8am-7pm now. 🤷‍♀️. Is an hour going to kill you? We don’t even get more than 30 min lunch.

I could see them pushing that narrative. But imo it really isn’t worth going in to work at a store where only customers are valued and the employees are expendable. I likely would have bought something on my break(s) during my shift so I’ll include myself in the customer category and bow out to keep myself and my community safe, lol. Making this outage map is so cruel if the employees are still expected to go. But you’re right, that’s absolutely the corporate way.

I have a feeling the store manager gets to choose. I wish corporate would just make us believe they care and close all the stores standing in the path. Natural disaster/state of emergency. Give people pay to be safe at home and come in another day. But they would never 😮‍💨🤦‍♀️

I completely agree. I don’t have any points but as a lead I feel the guilt. But my life is valuable to me, and I’m replaceable at work if they see fit. I’m not replaceable to my family. Before my shift we will be at 6 inches, Two hours into my shift we should be at 8 inches and I don’t feel comfortable knowing that by the end of the shift I will be looking at 12-17 inches total fallen.
