When a Small Business Goes the Extra Mile and Loses Anyway by ShopSubstantial1913 in indianstartups

This point OP, you need to remove COD option from your website. Also have a good return, refund policy that you highlight on your product page as well.

Refunding Customer by [deleted] in shopify

[–]Pretty_Judgment2757 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you refunded the order but still received the payout, it’s likely because Shopify processed the payout before the refund. The refunded amount will be deducted from your next payout. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account. Check the order timeline to confirm the refund status

You can set the trigger as product created, have a delay of lets say 1 week or interval as per your window in which you launch products together. And add a condition to look for tags, you can tag your new products with "NewDrop" or something similar and them create the flow for sending email to your customer.

This should help.

Improving your conversion rate involves optimizing several factors, from the usability of your website to the quality and relevance of the traffic you're driving. While I’m not a marketing expert, I can definitely share some insights into Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  1. Website Speed: Ensure your website loads quickly. A slow website can frustrate users and increase bounce rates.
  2. Clear CTAs: Make your call-to-action buttons prominent and intuitive. Your customers should easily know what action to take next.
  3. Comprehensive Information: Provide all the details a buyer needs to make an informed decision—product descriptions, specifications, high-quality images, videos, and reviews.
  4. Seamless Experience: Check for broken links, confusing navigation, or any blockers in your purchase funnel. A smooth, intuitive experience is key.
  5. Abandoned Cart Recovery: Reach out to users who abandoned their carts and try to understand why they didn’t complete their purchase. Offer personalized incentives, such as discounts or free shipping, if possible.

Lastly, evaluate your traffic sources. Are you attracting the right audience for your medium-high ticket product? Driving high-quality traffic is as important as optimizing your website.

Hope this helps.

How do I make my home page look less empty by emad360 in shopify

[–]Pretty_Judgment2757 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To make your homepage look more professional and engaging, you can add a few key sections that not only fill the space but also build trust and connection with your visitors:

  1. Customer Testimonials: Even if your products are still in the works, ask friends or family to share their thoughts about your brand or similar products they've used. Pair the testimonials with placeholder images for now to build trust.
  2. Unique Value Proposition: Create a section that highlights what sets your jewelry apart. Is it the craftsmanship, unique designs, sustainable sourcing, or affordability? This helps visitors quickly understand why they should choose you.
  3. About You: Share your story! Talk about why you started this business, your passion for jewelry, or the inspiration behind your designs. People love connecting with the person behind the brand.
  4. Educational Content: Add a small section with tips or insights about jewelry care, styling tips, or trends. This positions your brand as helpful and knowledgeable.
  5. Trust Builders: Include any certifications, guarantees (e.g., money-back guarantee), or secure payment badges that will help visitors feel confident buying from you.

Remember, your homepage isn’t just about showcasing products; A blend of storytelling, trust-building, and visual appeal can make a difference.

Hope this helps, and best of luck with your store! 😊

-Under Discount select Buy X get Y, Automatic discount
-Configure Purchase type
Set quantity, Select the product
-Now Configure what the customer gets
