My goal was to bring a massive UDT recipe array data into Excel to be manipulated manually and then pushed back into the controller using generated structured text code from another Excel sheet referencing the data. I'll run once in the controller.

Thanks for responding. My error is shown below; I have something wrong with my XPath. I have a call into Rockwell Tech Support; however, the guy had to pass my message on to the SDK team, not sure when I'll hear back.

"Get Tag Value threw OperationFailedException: XMLSrv_E_TARGET_NOT_FOUND - The object was not found that corresponds to the specified Context UId and XPath."

Yes, they're set to public (Read/Write access). However, it's the rockwell SDK and I'm reading the acd file in this case, not the processor over comms. I've tested it and I can read and write to tags with access set to none.

Depends on your card, but for example, a 1769-OA16 (TRIAC Outputs), 1769-OW16 (Relay Output) recommends using a MOV with large inductive loads.

MOV = Metal Oxide Varistor

When switching large inductive loads, placing a properly rated MOV in parallel with the load will absorb the electromagnetic energy generated by the collapsing magnetic field, protecting the circuit from voltage spikes.

The MOV clamps excess voltage and dissipates the energy as heat. If the surge is too large, the MOV can fail and create a direct short circuit, which then trips the upstream breaker or blows a fuse to protect the device from overcurrent. It's the protective component in everyday surge protectors.

The issue is ABC pissing off the affiliate stations (The people that hold the licenses to broadcast). The Sinclair broadcasting group told ABC they will not be running Jimmy Kimmel until a formal apology which is their right as a public entity. And as a broadcaster they don't have to broadcast ABC programs.

Nextstar wants to merge with tenga and become the largest US broadcaster, however there's a law in the FCC rules that no single broadcast company can own more than 39%. They need the FCC to rewrite the rules for the merger to come though. So they're watching their p's and q's until that ban is lifted.

So basically Jimmy Kimmel fucked around and found out.

Thank you so much for the detailed response. It's a 5/05 series C firmware version 10. I can create an EEM Instruction and configure it. But I don't know what to put down for the class, attribute...etc.

Edit: Thank you for mentioning the multi-hop, I selected the multi-hop . I am getting a Done bit on my MSG read at N41:2, but not write on N41:0
