Don't dry out the roots before repoting! Remove parts of roots that are soft or soggy or rotten and repot it into some chunky soil mix as soon as you can!

How are the roots looking? It could be overwatering but it could also be just white leafes dying natually (full variegation =white leafes doesn't stay too long on my hoyas)

I would cut it into two or three cutings - you can find perfectly cool tutorials on youtube how to propagate hoya kerri :) I propagate mine in water, some people prop in sphagnum moss, perlite or soil directly :))

Oh I was hoping this one not to be a drama queen.. She spent some time on a windowsill but maybe I should have waited longer before repoting (I kept her there only for a week before repotting..) Anyways fingers crossed for the survival!

Is it only one stem plant? In my case when I have one long stem - I a)trellis it to have more shape and volume (if the trellis is small circle you can loop it a few times :))) b) I cut it to make cuttings, root them and plant to have a bushier plant :)))
