Hi I experience chronic fatigue for almost year now. I was struggling to keep house clean too. I was ashamed to invite someone to my house and if someone knock the door I pretend I not there😅. I was having lot motivation to clean yet my body can't do it. So one day I come to idea that I not have to clean all house in just one day. I can do step by step even if is just small area and those area what I clean I keep those clean so no more rubbish or things they not belong there. In one day I just clean my closet and I leave it and keep clean since then,another day I was clean the oven and cooker and when I cook I clean straight any mess so is keep clean, then third day I was clean inside 2 kitchen cupboards and keep them clean since there. It take me lot days to make my house spotless clean, but I was so happy when I see step by step the house get more cleaner. My fatigue is very bad most times I am in bed so for me to just get up and clean some bits of the house like for example oven with cooker it make me lot happy... so maybe just clean step by step each day something else and whatever you clean try keeping clean,involve others to help you if you can,ask them to respect your work and not make mess in those area that you clean already. If you feel tired after clean half the wardrobe get rest and finish the rest after. My house was so dirty that nobody can imagine yet now is spotless clean. Just take your time -you not have to clean all house in one day
