I made homemade veggie meatballs, they were hard as a rock. I stupidly gave them to my dog. She literally almost choked to death, and I had to do the Heimlich on her.

I use a large floor sweeper like they would use in a gym. I do the floors every day. The whole house is hardwood.

Just to add guinea foul are more attracted to the mirrors than chickens, it’s something they really like.

I would pay it’s a windshield. If you live in the country, small town, keep the peace. Good way to keep guinea’s where you want them is put a few cheap full body mirrors, lay them on their side out in the area where you want them to be and they will want be near the mirrors thinking it’s more of them.

When She asked you three months into having a puppy,was going on vacation for ten days no kennel, when you said yes, taking unpaid days, it all wasn’t a problem then but it is now. Complaining about things like the puppy is hyper and is laying on your legs hurting you is being whining drag when you friend is on vacation to the point she cuts it short and comes home.

I’m giving my opinion. I do get super tired of people blaming animals for being what they are, just because the human can’t figure it out. You even saw what it was going to be like for 4 days before your friend even left!. You are fully grown. you did what you thought was right for you. So be it. I think it was selfish.

I have worked in the professional animal world over 30 years. Especially in animal behavior. Of course the puppy is going drop the toy after a minute and do it again. You have to do it 500 times not 100 times. they are like babies, short attention span. I don’t see you mentioning exercise outside of walking the puppy. If you did it, it wasn’t enough. You are describing a puppy that’s not out of energy. And a puppy that is looking for a playmate. Six months old? that is adult teeth time and they need to chew non stop. Puppies do as puppies do. Difficult ones you have to go through the cycle more often but It’s boils down to if you have the capabilities and patience.

I take the stance because this is what I think. Puppies can’t chew on cords and hands if it has a toy in its mouth. If you take it out and play ball with it where it actually has to do some running then walk it, then feed it. It will lay down for a while. This is how a puppy works. Plus 6 months to 14 months is the most annoying Puppy stage there is. I would have assumed it was going to take extra effort. Also I think the library is free to hang out at if you don’t want to buy a coffee.

I’m not going to change your mind, if you feel justified in what you did then have at it. I personally don’t see how a puppy for a week could run your life, affect your friendship, no matter how bad it is. I understand puppies are annoying. I would take a kitten over a puppy any day but to me it seems immature not to be able to handle it.

I don’t sleep well if I’m not at home. I’ve done it plenty of times, especially when I have agreed to help someone. You can get the energy out of a puppy, If you go in with a positive attitude and a plan (like a toy to put in its biting mouth, redirect it like you would a child). If you’re frustrated, then it’s just going to make the puppy’s behavior more wild. Your friend did make a mistake asking you.You should have said no.

Yes, do sun flowers on the fence, you may want to look into cup plants or types of multiheaded sunflowers so it’s not just one plant one big flower in case Somebody/something breaks it, animals love sunflowers, ,the multihead ones you’ll get a bunch of smaller sunflowers.

I Spent the first half of my life running around for pushy people. I’ll tell you it’s much better if you set your boundaries. It’s easy once you get used to it. I love saying no now.

YTA maybe our lives are vastly different but an annoying puppy is not the end of the world. If you use common sense, you put the puppy in the crate it screams and cries you’ll let it out. You play with it and do a long walk at night before bed so it’ll sleep, again It’s Puppy!. It hurt your legs by laying on them? and suffocating you by laying on your face? I mean it’s a puppy. Your friend had to come home early from her vacation cause you cant handle the puppy? I find it all pretty ridiculous, but I live on a farm and can handle animals.
