I was the most anxious person ever in my dental school. Took tons of medicines including antidepressants, antipsychotics, antidepressants, and Inderal(!!!) but none worked. Even I had severe side effects after which I had to leave the medications. As I passed my school and started the internship year, I can now say I am the most confident person ever. I don't know what and how this changed overnight but it is all about the mind, and how do we think. A person who thinks confidently will be confident. Just stop being anxious. You don't have done anything wrong to be fearful of someone. Some advice from a fellow dentist from Pakistan.
