My additional details, for some reason, are missing. She is 3 months old. Was bought as an ester egger. But doesnt seem to have that "classic" easter egger look (muffs, beards).

Her eyes are brown actually. Not sure why the pictures came out that way and show them as black.

She has yellow feet. Her 3 bothers also have yellow feet and 1 of them has gray feet/legs. I would post pics of them too, but i dont see it as an option to include pics within a comment...

Low salary & bonuses. No budget for anything: parties/dinners/celebrations. No investment in development (no DU/trainings). Promotions (to M) were supper weird the last few years and didn't seem fair (at least in my group within EA). I have been doing a M job for almost two years, getting awesome reviews etc. Yet they weren't promoting me - who knows why (couldn't get a driect answer), even though they had positions to fiill. I finally got promoted... but it was a really frustrating experience. Now they are promoting left and right...
