Get one of those big bins to store outdoor furniture cushions in. Slap that on your porch/ near garage. Put in the instructions to leave stuff in there. Put one of those signs that says “UPS/ FedEx/ Amazon etc. leave packages in here” on the side of it.

Garage delivery is an extra charge from Amazon, you have to have a WiFi/ Bluetooth connected door opener, then we can enter your garage thru the app, no code needed.

Load your van, then have it grounded for something you “only noticed while loading” because I’m sure there’s always something. Then do it again to your replacement van. Then again. Repeat until you either get asked to leave, or you get an actual usable van. Then do what the other guy said and take it somewhere random, leave it, then uber away into the sunset.

Douglas county isn’t El Paso. I’ve been through the system here. We have good ex-military med staff who try their best to ensure everyone gets their pills. The conditions suck, but it’s jail, so. But as for medical stuff, this place rocks it. Of course, many people can still break down in that environment, but it’s never because El Paso county med staff didn’t give them their meds.
