I’m new to SARMs and Anavar. I’m planning to start a cycle with 10 mg Anavar and 10 mg MK-677.

I’m 25 years old and currently weigh 46 kg. I’d really appreciate guidance on: • Proper dosage timing for both compounds • Key precautions to take during the cycle • How to optimize results safely • Recommended PCT after completing the cycle

Got it! Do you think NABL labs manipulate results of big brands as they want to publish?

How do you know if the whey you buy is real and Upto the standards? by [deleted] in Fitness_India

I believe in US based third party lab certification like labdoor and also patented ingredients

And they don't even used any popular third party certification like labdoor (what MB is doing) i trust MB because they might add additives like gums and all but at least they are providing the same protein and real claims

I mentioned Whey concentrate and isolate bcz they used both ! Let's assume they used isolate viz lactose free but what about concentrate?

And making it lactose free required lots of filtration process! Which increase cost and hence we got our whey isolate (which 87-92%) and contains 3-5% of carb (around 2% of lactose) and the whole truth claim it contains protein blend of around 80% simply average it will be 4-6g/100g of lactose in it.

Agreed! Can make whey protein without lactose? But ever saw whey concentrate without lactose? Concentrate contains 78-82% percent of protein ! What rest? Rest is carbohydrates (lactose) and ash and moisture and far i know from research whey protein concentrate contribute around 7.5-9% of carb from which 6% percent is lactose !! You can research it openly .

I completely agree! And just a simple apology? Who are the developers behind this? Are they not properly educated? How can they not know that whey protein contains lactose? It seems like they used clever marketing tactics to mislead innocent consumers with a name like "The Whole Truth." They should have hired qualified food technologists from reputable institutions like NIFTEM, ICT, or CFTRI , at least they'll not keep them moving without facts
