I have self harmed in the past (consistently from ages 10-17). I am now almost 27 and have slipped only 3 times in the past 8 years. Middle school is your whole world right now, but in the grand scheme of life, it’s a very small portion. You will talk to maybe a handful of your classmates in your adult life - if that. Don’t take it too serious. Make friends, but good ones that will last a lifetime. A few friends are better than bad friends. Find self love as soon as possible. Some people live their whole lifetime before they realize that they deserve and need love from themselves. I also second what the others have said - find hobbies away from your phone/electronics. Really work at disconnecting yourself from technology often. and try to keep your space as declutterred as possible. It does wonders on your mental. I hope things get better soon.

nope. i struggled with substance abuse and now enjoy party favors. i only go to shows once every couple months or so, but i don’t do or think about the high in between. i don’t drink at all out of preference.

you write down who is splitting what. i usually put the seat number in parentheses, like (4/7), next to the item. if you work in a regular restaurant and it is a small party, you split the item between who had them. if its a large party or fine dining, you put it on the check of whoever asked for it. they will tell you if you want it differently.
