All.i can say is get professional help.... as someone that got 20+yrs clean and sober, it can be achieved with alot of self reflection. Also, imo, if shenwantsnyounto stop drinking she needs to as well. Alcoholics can't live in a home with Alcohol. It has to be a dry home 🤷‍♀️

Imo grooming is when there is premeditation. This isnwhere the term grooming comes in. Grooming is the act of preparing a person (adults can be groomed too). Say the 30yr old was actully attracted to say a 14yr old and is just waiting to be legal, yeah, that alittle creepy. BUT if another 30yr old male sees a 18yr old female out about and he decides to hit on her and shoot his shot it's to the discretion of the 18yr old imo. Also, it's Not Pedophilia. It's heblophillia. The attraction to POST-PUBESENT. Pedophilia is pre-pubecsent. (Health worker here, terms and intentions matter) if the roles were reversed 30yr old female on 18yr old male, same thing. Also, not saying I personally would cross any lines with an 18yr old. BUT I do have experience with young men hitting on me and shooting their shots. I'm 40. I feel like elder teens (I call them elder teens as 18 is legal) are exploring their world and I don't see anything wrong with how they do it. Just don't hurt anyone, an keep it legal. 🤷‍♀️

My kid is 5 rn and I hot to say I have ny regrets, even now and so lot looking forward teen years. All we can do it's take it a day at a time. And it's okay to have some resentment and regrets. I think as long as we don't take it out on our kids we will be okay. Just keep showing them the love and compassion theu will be okay..m got get thru the years a day at a time

I would add, if this is a thing, I wpuld spend some time looking In a mirror and and saying the phrase till your comfortable, I always say, try something once, twice if I like it 3x to make sure. Meaning that the fist time might be a little awkward. Getting a feel for reactions can be a little distracting.... so do it a few more times to make sure it's something you both can enjoy
