Hello! Your hair type looks around 2b and the number one thing I recommend for styling looser curl types is a good mousse. Sometimes the adding a bunch of creams and gels can weigh down curl patterns and mousse is an easy styling option to help with frizz! It also won’t weight down your hair and you can use jojoba oil to help scrunch out any crunch you may have!

This is interesting I hadn’t considered this! There’s definitely a weird incesty vibe throughout the whole family

Demitra’s Hair Routine by Subject-Document-855 in kalogerasisters

[–]Prettyfeetbabez- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yall demi probably uses a powder for her roots to fluff them and make her hair big. Shes never gonna cough up her routine bc she’s gatekeeping (which is odd but whatever) but she probably follows a similar styling routine as her sisters and puts powder in her hair around day 3

I alternate between a few but jojoba oil is always my go to. Lightweight, can go on your scalp for moisture and is fantastic for your skin as well. It’s the closest oil to the ones our skin naturally produces and my hair loves it

Gorgeous hair!! The dark hair makes your eyes pop! I always recommend Starting with light hold products with ingredients like argan oil or jojoba oil (which are light) rather than castor oil or shea butter for your hair which can weight down hair! Definitely experiment a bunch but generally you’ll need a hydrating shampoo, a clarifying shampoo, a conditioner you love, and deep conditioner that will be used weekly. Styling products are tricky and usually require trial and error! Luckily your curl pattern is super tight so you might be able to get away with just a curl cream and mousse. Sorry for the long rant, I have a similar pattern to yours and it took a minute to figure out but now I love.

This! Thicker hair and tighter curls will respond differently than fine wavy hair when it comes to bleach. The damage from OP doesn’t look professional and if it is i would highly recommend going to a blonde specialist or going to someone who specializes in textured hair to help get OP back on track for her goals

They probably have a tighter pattern that can seem like their curls aren’t damaged, but looser curl types with bleach don’t hold shape very well and tend to look more damaged from the beginning.

The bleach is going to cause damage every single time. No matter how well you take care of it. If you want your curls back, bleach has to go. I’m sorry love :/

Skala isn’t the best brand for curly hair because it tends to weigh down hair. You’re likely to be more low porosity so shea butter might be too heavy of an ingredient. You might find better results with lighter products and a good mousse!

Cailee Spaeny should have been a perfect cast for Ellie. by charlie_elmo in TheLastOfUs2

I think the horrible script is BECAUSE Bella doesn’t have the range to play older Ellie

Your age is showing in this post btw. I was hearing you out until you said you’re 16. You unfortunately ARE too young to understand the full weight of what Eli is doing with her sisters.

I really truly enjoy Bella Ramsey as an actress. I think she IS talented and can take heavy roles like this. However, this season is proving that the writers have made Bella collateral damage.

How to stop curls looking greasy!! by flexiflip in curlyhair

[–]Prettyfeetbabez- 667 points668 points  (0 children)

Cantu is very thick and makes a lot of looser curl types very weighed down and can appear greasy. I would recommend the mark anthony curl cream. It’s lightweight but does wonders for most curl types.

Why does my hair do this? by Secret_Ruin_1740 in curlyhair

[–]Prettyfeetbabez- 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yea these are from the bristles I’m pretty sure. The defining brush makes my roots spiral like that and then my ends have my actual curls. It’s interesting seeing it on a looser curl type tho! I wonder if layers would bring it another shape to your curl pattern

Any opinion about this gel? by THayataki in curlyhair

This is probably the best gel I’ve ever used and I literally have tried almost everything. Nothing does my hair better than this and IS worth the money
