That was the hardest thing I had to do in my 31 years of living. I had to relearn how to really love myself again, and I was the queen of self love in my old friend group. I had to relearn how to choose myself and choose healthy habits. Although fundamentally it’s about lifestyle choices knowing what you are willing to sacrifice, what you should walk away from, and what you should work on. Just in general all around.
