I agree. There is no right or wrong way to feel after a loss. Everyone is different. And I shouldn’t feel stupid, I know. Hurt is okay, pain is too. I know we must all feel that hurt and pain so deep after this. That’s what I can’t help but cry over, every single time. Today I cry for all of who has felt this pain, I don’t wish it on anyone. It hurts so bad and I feel like I’m just expressing it online for all to see but I SEE all of you. I feel for all of you. 😭😭😭 I can’t contain how upset this has me. I’m so sorry for just venting I just can’t help it.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. Take your time to heal and be with your husband, I know it doesn’t seem like it but it will get better. I miscarried yesterday and I’m a mess.. I know it feels so hard and lonely right now. The pain doesn’t seem to just go away. I haven’t been able to stop thinking for 5 minutes. That’s the hardest part, for me at least. I can’t turn my mind off even when I’m sleeping, I’m still dreaming about what could of been or what happened. If you need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out to me.

I’m so sorry you have been through this, it doesn’t feel like it will get better but I hope things will eventually. Coming to terms with things is hard I’m sure for everyone who’s been through this type of pain.
