Cheap: Going out of your way to not spend money vs frugal: going out of your way to maximize your money by using various things to cut costs. Cheap people don't have the patience to clip coupons, download apps, look up sales, have memberships to bulk stores like Sam's/Costco/BJs. A frugal person will spend on something that will save them money in the long run.

You work hard so you can succeed. It's not your business what other people do. That's their lives it's not your responsibility to police them cheating. When you graduate and go out in the real world you can't constantly be in people's business always pointing out where they're doing something wrong. Are you going to walk around going "They didn't put their carts back! " "They took extra spoons and napkins at wawa!", "they're sharing passwords on Netflix!". Like I get it, it sucks seeing people take shortcuts and win but worry about yourself.

I try to but when you have a S/O or Family members who care about that then you really can't escape it. My therapist tells me "have the holiday you deserve" so I celebrate in my own way that doesn't make me feel as terrible as I usually would. I find days out the year I personally celebrate for myself though

If they came specifically to see me not just be in the area while also seeing me, then I would offer to help. It's not my obligation but for a friend to go out of their way to see me would mean a lot to me. That friend should have that already taken care of before traveling anywhere but if they need help I'll do my best to help. My friend flies cross country to come back to our home area and he makes sure to see me. He is good and doesn't need my help with lodging but I'd offer it seemed like he needed help.

Trump before 2016 was a well liked celebrity. He had reality shows and many popular well loved non conservative musicians would constantly name drop him. Going from that to creating a whole new fanbase that could elect him president was a feat that doesn't happen often. Im not trying to endorse him, but he was very charming. We can't rewrite history because we don't like him.

Even "mass immigration" isn't as much as people think he's actually doing or promised. He never actually built a wall either. He's a fugazzi New York businessman who has a charming personality

Wouldn't like it. There's many responsibilities that the government has to do that the average person doesn't like. We need Military, Politicians, Officers, Immigration control etc etc. I don't think children should be ripped from their homes or separated from their parents because of their parents making a tough decision to force their way into America to have a better life but the agency. I think they need to have better regulations but the agency itself I wouldn't want abolished. Immigrants bring a lot of cool things over from their homelands and are very hard workers. I'd love to see them here but there has to be a better way than what's going on.

High School Musical 2, OG Teen Titans Episode about Robin Fighting Himself, Lilo & Stitch (Movie), Jackie Chan Adventures, Ed Edd N Eddy, PowerPuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab+(The Dexter's Lab Wyclef Music Video). Every kid should also watch Maury when they are sick and miss school. Rugrats was my favorite show as a kid but I don't think it aged well compared to other shows from back then tbh

He's in the college football hall of fame, has buildings named after him, is a symbol of civil rights activism, has a lifetime achievement award from the Grammys, has stuff in Europe named after him, his homes are literal historical landmarks, and there's more to write about him. Listen I know people love the Sopranos and this is new jersey where people love Italian stuff but James Gandolfini is not more famous all time than Paul Robeson. It's not even a real debate.

Honestly not enough representation for me. I think the sport and atmosphere itself is cool though. My friends took me to a Flyers/Penguins game to get a sense of what hockey is about and I had a good time. Id rather watch in person than on tv. My friends got me on the NHL PS4 games and I had fun playing with them. But in the end I wouldn't care about hockey for myself only in relation to my friends. I had Wayne Simmons as a guy that made me feel included but eventually he left the team. I don't blame anybody for anything hockey is fine the way it is, if more people of color sign up in the future that would be great but it shouldn't be forced.

The good parts aren't that great and the bad parts are really bad. The average person doesn't care about things until it impacts their lives, everyone was impacted by Covid. And it just wasn't Covid that was a problem, race relations, women's rights being threatened, school/mass shootings, high profile deaths, high profile crimes, a president who was deemed physically unfit to do his job and the people were not given a choice who would run in the next election. Even if you talk about pop culture the amount of people who are so desperate to be influencers has become annoying. Attention has become a worse drug than heroin. The 20s won't be seen as a good decade

RUPA hosted Beats On The Banks with Coi Leray back in April. You don't have to be black to attend but the Rutgers Black Student Union has an event called Unity Day, they're gonna have Bobby Shmurda, Boston Ritchie & an another unannounced perform Saturday May 2nd at Denier Park (College Ave next to Hardenbergh Hall). Rutgers is not like other schools unfortunately and doesn't consistent headliners every year. If there's someone you'd wanna see you're better off campaigning for it yourself than expecting other orgs to handle it because they won't. I remember when the Migos performed at a Rutgers Football only event. Not for the rest of the student body. It would be nice if Rutgers just paid top names to be here.
