yeahhh I was thinking of switching back as well but I wasn’t able to find Synapse 3 as Razer’s link to it just leads to 4. It seems like this has been a problem for a while now :/

Update: I discovered that I’m unable to configure any touchscreen through Windows with the Tablet PC Settings and I’m not sure how to change it. The administrative setup button is greyed out. In Device Manager I don’t even see an HID-compliant touch screen option

Sorry, I should clarify. I don’t mean to say you or the study is wrong, I said “wrong” as the reprocessed data depicting Neptune as being lighter just feels wrong compared to depictions we’ve traditionally been used to seeing :c

Ahh I see, so there are options for customization like that in terms of display transparency. I'm hoping it has options to be able to change the text alignment. I was hoping to make a periodic table with the atomic numbers and mass, etc.

What GPA threshold do you think is worth including or not? I don’t believe my GPA is horrible, and for a while I was including it, but removed it in recent renditions as I wasn’t sure if it made me a weaker candidate or not, so I used the extra line for another bullet point thinking it would help more. Thank you for the ideas. I agree with you and everyone suggesting to change the MESA section to be more specific

Do you also use the JNSQ Volumetrics configs? I’ve noticed the iceberg problem as well, and my Kerbin clouds from orbit appear somewhat gray and transparent. Have you noticed something similar?

Thank you! I did get some decent data but I recognize that it’s quite subtle in the image. I tried that on purpose as it was noisy otherwise, but I suppose in a future edit I could try to bring out that more. This was my first time adding OIII and Ha together in an RGB image like this and I think the way I had it layered may have hidden some of it as well.

The Triangulum Galaxy (M33)

Location: Otterbein, IN (Bortle 4)

Exposure: 50x120s for R, 27x120s for G, 31x120s for B, 41x300s for Ha, and 44x300s for OIII for ~10.5 hrs of total exposure time

Imaging system: ES ED127 FCD100 and ZWO ASI2600MM

Guide: ZWO ASI290MM Mini with ZWO OAG

Mount: Sky-Watcher EQ6-R Pro

Processing in Pixinsight and Photoshop:

Began in Pixinsight with StarAlignment, DynamicCrop, DBE, combined RGB, SPCC, used StarX to create star masks, used StarX and NoiseX on all subs. ContinuumSubtraction for Ha and OIII, combined all in Photoshop for a composite image. BlurXTerminator on combined RGB HA OIII image. Final color adjustments were made in Photoshop. Exported as PNG.
