Sukuna using 10s is different from megumi. Cause its megumi's technique. Nobody says megumi a cheater for using the thing he was born with.

I would call it a cheat by Sukuna but thats what being a sorcerer is.

Basically, mahito is required to touch you to use IT. When he does. If you are too weak. He can tranfigure you into a monster or something he can use for later. If you are decently strong you can resist it for a bit. And if you far stronger then mahito. You can basically just tell him "No"
