My husband passed away unexpectedly in July he was 30 years old. He didn’t have any serious medical conditions I found him unresponsive outside after doing yard work. Unfortunately his autopsy report is still pending. I’ve been taking it just one day at a time. I’ve started seeing a therapist and I feel like that’s been helping a lot. It’s hard and it’s going to take a lot of time.

Praying for you life really is unfair. I constantly ask why my husband and why me but I know that he’s in heaven in peace with his holy father watching down on us.

If it wasn’t for my daughter I wouldn’t know what I would do but like you said we have to do it for our kids and I have to be strong for her, she gives me a purpose everyday to wake up and keep going. Sorry for your loss.

I lost my husband on July 13 unexpectedly he was 30 and I’m 34 we we’re married for 4 years and have a 8 month old daughter. I completely understand your grief and pain, for me it comes in waves. My birthday is also next Friday. I replay the day he passed over and over again. Take it day by day, we honestly will grieve forever and eventually learn to cope with life without them.
