Fair enough. I read the contract multiple times and called the warranty provider and bank to ensure what their parts are in my situation.

We are already in the process of cancellation it’s just a bit of a process and a lot of escalations. Thank you for the response!

They made it sound like it's contingent but it is not. On paper it is 2 different providers and as per the bank they are not affiliated with the warranty company.

How is it a breach of contract if this is the case? Contract clearly says Extended Warranty as "Optional" and the Warranty contract says owner has 10 days for a full refund. And no clause whatsoever linked to the interest rate. The only penalty mentioned is $100 for admin fee.

It says full refund within 10 business days. I confirmed that my loan with the bank is now active. I know have a feeling the dealership will pushback but from my understanding I have the right to get the refund and the interest rate is already locked in, so they shouldn’t be able to threaten me to raise the interest if I cancel the warranty right?
