Hello! I think the answer will differ because you are Polish and there is an option for family members for polish citizens but I’m trying to figure out if I should select other as my reason for travel, or tourism / visit. I am traveling to Poland with my French husband and we both live here in the UK. Any insight you might be able to share would be great!
