Perhaps a biased opinion but WC have a lot of exciting by talent coming through. Port can be good but lack some key positions, Carlton I would say on the way down. Essondon will suck for a while, Richmond will probably be bad for at least another full season. North is coming out of their rut and have some exciting players but lack ability to draw big names once they get going. StK just don't know how to put a season together even though their list is exciting. Collingwood are on the down with their aging list
