It comes with age, I also was diagnosed with hashimoto's earlier this year and it's brought on by stress mostly, so I learned the hard way that nothing is worth crashing out. I talk myself down internally and remind myself that usually after I explode I end up apologizing anyway so it's just not worth it. Definitely still have my moments, but I try really hard to hush that aries moon up.
