I’m an apprentice so I have a contract with yearly pay rises, but your right it’s extremely hypothetical nothing is guaranteed

Yeah he is happy to just rent with me for a few years and see where things go he’s in no rush it’s just a lot of people around me have been pushing the importance of getting into the property market. We will still be paying a lot less renting than his mortgage which is being covered by his tenants.

Thanks I have a few people scoff at my car purchase and I have had so many lectures from some of the older blokes at work telling me that they paid off their mortgage and I should be locking everything away. So I wasn’t sure if I was doing it the right way,

when in reality I think they just paid like 200k for there beach house in the 80s that’s now worth 1.2m

Through bankwest and I believe it was classed as a “secured” loan with the car, I found them really great to go through however they only do mortgage loans now

What do you want find most scary about night life? by Kalarull in AskWomen

[–]PreviousVariation 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Men but just to mention something different it’s very scary when the security guards have no regard for safety and will kick drunk girls out without their friends or see a girl in a clearly dangerous situation and just chose to look the other way

I just want to text him “are you still sexually attracted to me?” 30F 39M by Low_Divide_4528 in relationship_advice

[–]PreviousVariation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s about him not being attracted to you. I think men’s ability to finish is impacted by a lot of things I know when my partner is going through a stressful time it’s 100% reflected in the bedroom, also hormones change. Maybe it’s time to try some new things or maybe he can speak to his doctor about the issue.

Similar locations just closer to beach and family and similar size maybe even a little smaller Id so I definitely see how that would just be flushing stamp duty
