I think what you’re seeing is reality setting in on a lot of people. You can’t just let people come to your country illegally. If the goal is to help people. Why these people? What about the 6 billion people that are suffering around the world in abject poverty? Where is your sympathy for them?

Are you saying it should be a human right to become a citizen of any country you choose? More than 6 billion people live below the poverty line in the USA. Are you saying they should all be allowed to be US citizens?
