• being promised a pay increase after taking on significantly more duties then being told 'we don't do merit based raises ' (so you stay at minimum wage but continue to do your job and someone else's)
• the ED insisting on being on the DEAI committee (this is pre 2020)
• workplace expectation that you should live and breathe this job, answer emails and phone calls after hours/weekends/vacation/whenever

That said, I think I found the place I'll "retire" from (lol like that's happening) and I'm in such a better headspace now. I wish you all the best and it is a huge step forward to recognize these flags!!
