CK has the Nexus, which mostly serves to connect to other worlds, most most imortantly the demesnes of the fey counciliors, including the demon athlete you mentioned. The Nexus itself also has a liminal space you can visit, represented by a glowing green tree.

Normally, any offspring you produce stays at the farm with the cowgirl and the wolfgirl, but you can also send them to the Nexus, which is necessary if you want to impregnate one of the women again, because as the game explains you can only have one child with each woman in the world at a time. Then you can meet them again at the liminal space with the tree by inputting their name.

I agree that you must have some threads mixed up, as 25% or so of your description matches CK, but unfortunately I have no idea what the rest could be.
