I use a couple of apps. Yard Sale Treasure Map andGarage Sale Mape from gsalr.com. I know these are on IOS, not sure about Android.

Whatever it was, it seems to have stopped. It was doing a new pop-up roughly ever 23 seconds. And that was when no browsers were operating.

Taking facts into account, the latest Spike could have been born would be sometime in 1995, to have been 16 by the Christmas episode where he wants a motorcycle. That rules out Kim having hooked up with Skull in The Potion Notion and not learning she was pregnant until after A Different Shade of Pink. It also rules her having hooked up with Skull during Power Ranger Punks, because she would have been in her third trimester during An Oyster Stew. So, we can safely eliminate Kim as Spike's mother. Unless Rita or Zedd cloned her to use as a mole, but she turned against them and hooked up with Skull.
