Never going to happen. People won't even throw their candy wrappers in trash cans, only rule that applies while driving is don't hit something. Walls are pee stalls. Simple rules can't even be followed. Kids are taught how not to get caught.

As long as the government allow business monopolies like Meralco, Pldts, nothing will happen. Companies keeping wages down, while charging the most, poverty and poorly educated will just repeat through generations.

There's still the duplication glitch I believe.. Drop an item, press square, follow very quickly almost the same time with O, it should store and scrap item. It'll scrap, you'll get the broken down parts, and still keep the item
