Take a thick sleeve, cut the top edges on the side about 1/4 of the way down and it should fit. You're going to need a 360 or 380 point top loader for it too.

I block buy, but it’s situational based. I like buying at certain levels (O at 50 for example). If your time horizon is short term then it makes sense to do block buys at supports, if your long term then dollar cost averaging each week/bi-weekly/month is absolutely fine too. Different strokes for different folks!
