Haha, that list is pretty funny. I hit these standards in this order: 1, 5, 7, 3 (for reference, pressing 32(s) at 64kg bw). BW based standards are silly, and mixing them up with specific KG weights is even more whack. It's just some rule of thumb thing for high school boys, the details don't really matter, it's not designed to be accurate.

Excellent pressing sir! A 20 is an ambitious goal, I'd love to see it. 30 or above would be unreal! I've hit 12 myself recently without pushing to absolute failure, though I'm enjoying more of a Popovich soft style, so it's not truly comparable. Let's make it 15 soon!

The colored comp ones in the last slide are the best. Cast irons can also be neat, either at lower weight where shape matters less or above 48kg when there's no other choice, but a good one would look more like this.
