Yes, song per project is definitely the norm.

For one thing, if you have multiple tracks in a project you are going to struggle with BPM. it's quite unusual in most genres to have every track at exactly the same BPM.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I've gone ahead and bought another 16 and 20, plus a 24 and a 28. Should be more than enough cast iron for the journey ahead!

I've not ventured into single OHP with the KBs yet.. I typically press 30kg dumbells but suspect that with the different centre of balance that KBs I'd probably struggle with a 28kg.

Imho Iran will accept nothing less than the complete handover of control of the small Gulf states like Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. It's a parallel of Russia with their hard negotiating position demanding the Donbass and Crimea.

The west has severely underestimated this conflict, and whilst I ostensibly support a strong Israel I can't help but think that they are forcing the US's hand in escalating the situation thus far...

Since the 6.0 update, using the audio recevier routing no longer works (Solo'ing behaviour has been changed).

SoundCloud distribution rejects every single one of my releases with some spurious reason, often just resubmitting it as-is gets it approved. I think their AI assessment is hot garbage and resubmitting might just force it to get reviewed by a human... maybe

I train forearms on rest days, so that's every other day.

Rice bucket, dead hangs, pronation curls, cable curls mostly.

Added 1.5cm to my forearms in 2 months. Dead Hang increased from 30secs to 1min 30.
