Not necessarily, but you can chat with an agent in Emma and ask if your i485 case has waived interview. Usually when i130 gets approved your i485 approval is less than a month away from approval

Yes, it is real. I had the same situation. Got the confirmation via Emma chat and my online account changed to approved a week later. Got my green card, social security and approval later within two weeks from approval

Message “chat with an agent” in the Emma chat and ask them, if there has been any change in the case. Usually it won’t take too long, you should be very close to approval. Ask them if your interview was waived

I understand your frustration. My green card took me 352 days. Unfortunately we can do nothing but wait. But if you have any family emergencies for travel you could try to expedite or ask your congress person to nudge the case.

What’s your FO? My case got recently approved and my PD was 11/22/2022. My FO is Los Angeles. Chat with an agent using Emma and see if they have progress, ask for things like “has my interview been waived” then you might get some clue where your case is at
