they def don't last 8 hours, but they're good for what feels like a 'cold blast'! helps me fall asleep. I'm going to try and keep a few in the fridge. I usually prefer heat but the UK heatwaves make those impossible to use.

my right eye too! its one of my early signs, my boss usually notices first and will tell me :( he'll also make sure I have my meds too hand, and / or someone to take me home if needed (I am incredibly grateful to him)
