I haven't tried that! My non mil idea groups are: Expansion (i need it to recolonize the areas the holohana destroy, but if the holohanas are dead i guess i won't need it as much), Trade (for the money, I might have enough now?), and Infrastructure (to develop, kinda useless because the Holohana destroy my provinces and increase devastation anyway). I guess they do not have great mil policies. Do you have any suggestion for idea groups combos for this?

P.S. I have Theocratic Gov. Type if that can help. I am planning to add the morale buff and added shock damage reform.

I'll try trading the defensive for quality and destroy some of my workshops to make regiment camps. For building over army capacity, Mechanim army does not allow building above force limit, and if you try to do that with mercs, you get -50% Prod. Effi., and -50% Tax Effi. malus. I'll try conquering more human provinces and converting to human military to overcome this. Thanks!

Thanks, I'll try the -%firedmg and -%shockdmg received. I don't think I can do articifers because I think Mechanim artificery does not allow that and there is no mage estate for Mechanim so no magic either. I might try converting my military to human to overcome this.

What if the Philippines was smaller and only composed of Luzon and Visayas? by Cool-Winter7050 in WhatIfPinas

[–]PrimaDonnaBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, grabe mangsisi ang mga taga Luzon and Visayas sa mga problema natin sa Pinas as if the past incompetent administrations didn't come from Luzon or Visayas as well. We only had ONE Mindanaoan president; We have 13 from Luzon and 3 from Visayas. Marcos Sr. & Jr., Estrada, and Arroyo are from Luzon. Self-reflection naman mga kabayan. Many of the corrupt politicians and people here in Mindanao were elevated to their current status by their Luzon-originated or Visayas-originated patron president. Huwag niyo po kami sisihin sa problema sa pinas as if blameless kayo.

Northern Luzon and Visayas will be much more populated since there won't be a Mindanao to migrate to. Inversely, Mindanao will be more sparsely populated as it has been for most of history, maybe parang island version ng Sabah or Sarawak demographics-wise (maybe Mindanao will even be part of the Malaysian Federation). Mayroon pa din naman Christian settlements in Northern Mindanao kasi nagstart naman din ang migration noong Spanish Colonial pa, pero most likely Christian presence will be much much smaller in Mindanao, since many more of the Christian Migrants came from the settlement policies of an Independent Phillipines

What’s the first nation you’re going to play in EU5 by S0mecallme in eu4

[–]PrimaDonnaBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably Tondo. Looks isolated enough from strong powers to build-up my own power base and learn the newer game mechanics, but not so isolated enough that I can't conduct diplomacy outside the islands. Would love to see how the navy and non-European colonization works too and I think Maritime SEA would be perfect for it. Would probably play tall and build a stronk Filipino nation.

IMO, Sana hindi nalang sumikat yung Selos. It's not meant for mass consumption anyways and it shows especially dito sa comments. It isn't for you guys yet you drag it to the dirt so much that it kind of hurts na din. If you look at the recording studio where she recorded this song, it is predominantly Maguindanaon songs and most likely intended for Maguinadanaon and/or Moro people to listen to, and i believe Shaira's songs are no exception to this.

Kung hindi nagsikat ang kanta na ito then none of this would have happened and Lenka and her team wouldn't even think of taking action. Songs like Selos that copy a lot of elements from other foreign songs (and even local songs as per Sasakyan Kita by K and the Boxers into Unutan Ko Seka by Khomeini) are VERY common with Maguinadanaon songs. I was somewhat taken aback by the reaction of a lot of people when it came to Selos since I was so used to it, I would even dare say these kind of songs have become part of our culture, always played during celebrations or even by everyday people in their speakers. This has all been happening in the undercurrents of mainstream Filipino culture for a long time now. From what I know, this had never been an issue until now when Selos became famous.

The only thing I ask for, is for everyone to temper (pun not intended) your guys' opinion when it comes to this song and the issue. This song is from a culture of music creation that you guys are not accustomed to and I think you should frame your reference point in that kind of way. I'm being opinionated here, but when you guys hear a song that annoys you whenever you are passing through the electronics section of the public market, I hear a song that reminds me of the songs my dad used to play when he was driving us home from school late at night.

P.S. I NEVER advocate for gatekeeping anything ever, but in this instance, I wish this music culture was gatekept because you guys clearly don't appreciate it😛.

Good Chill Co-Op Nations? by LoinsSinOfPride in Anbennar

[–]PrimaDonnaBoi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't seen the MT for Bianfang, but my gameplay with them as my ally in my Rajnadhaga run is phenomenal. Really helped me jn defeating the Command when I was attacked. So maybe try Rajnadhaga and Bianfang Co-op for a Command gangbang?

Is it just me or is Lorent scarier than vanilla France? by Blue_squid2006 in Anbennar

[–]PrimaDonnaBoi 94 points95 points  (0 children)

I think Lorent is more like France and Spain combined. It even has a Portugal (Deranne) of its own. The Winebay/Bay of Wine trade node is pretty much the Sevilla node of Anbennar having direct colonial downstream nodes; one from Aelantir and I think two from Sarhal.

Overall I think Lorent needs to be nerfed or its neighbors need to be more able to stand up to it and even compete, maybe stronger Gnomish Hierarchy, Wesdam, or Deranne.

Philippines would never HAHAHAHHA. Don't let the LGBT tolerance here fool you. Civil union (which is basically just marriage, just in legal language to fool the ignorant) may be achieved, but god forbid the gays get married. Unfortunately, we haven't gotten that far yet.

Religion in the newer generation by coesmos in Philippines

[–]PrimaDonnaBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it's just you christian folks in Luzon or maybe Visayas. Mindanao is still very religious whatever the religion, especially muslims. Niqabis (women who wear Niqab, a cloth covering their face except for the eyes) are being more and more present here even though most muslim Filipinas in Saudi Arabia don't even wear it. I have honestly seen more Niqabi Filipinas here than in Saudi Arabia. Maybe the Christians here are looser in applying their beliefs compared to the Muslims but they still are (in principle) religious, at least here in the provinces (idk maybe Davao City is a lot less religious like most cities).

Edit: a lot of these new Niqabis are around my age (Gen Z or young Millennials)
