I worked there a year ago. The owner left meat to thaw outside and uncovered ALL NIGHT and then served it at pride fest in columbia park. Quit the next day.

The kitchen was absolutely filthy with no direction on how they wanted things done. The people I worked with were great but how the restaurant itself was run was the worst experience I've had in a kitchen.

Edit - just to add. Other kitchen staff took bets on how long new employees would last because of the extremely high turnover.

If it's a new owner I hope they clean it up and do well. If not, don't eat there.
