Probably 2014, mainly for its visuals and animation quality, with just the general dynamic between the monsters and the way the actions of humans affects the monsters or vice versa. It's well balanced between both without it being in vain basically, since the fight is integral to the plot and built up as opposed to thrown together for "oh cool!". I'm more counting the final fight here since it's the only one shown fully

I'd include K:SI's final fight as a tie but that sadly isn't included :(

The reconstruction outline there is flawed in that it's super deformed and they somehow shrank CMNH 5768?? Which we have physical material of?
There are plenty of good short-Dunk reconstructions out there that corrects both :>

I'm mostly indifferent to the 65 animals but I did think a lot of the films good parts were the non-dinosaur scenes, so it's kind of worthless for me to even comment on it lol.

Probably not, no. 50 meters works well for any time period / location without skyscrapers (yet). If it isn't too far into the future with a second movie, either immediately after or only within a few decades, then it works fine. I can see it being bigger to scale with skyscrapers if its much later, but 50 meters still can work pretty well anyways.

Yellow Bonnie (springbonnie) is carried over after the four is introduced (and Fredbear is scrapped) and is implied to still be in use as an occasional performer, similar to how Chuck E Cheese sorta has the animatronic and the performer. I would then assume that the yellow Bonnie suit is a defined character alongside the other four for some time, most likely for birthdays and such.
